Prayer Management System
A comprehensive prayer request and tracking system that serves as the spiritual heart of the application. Users can create detailed prayer requests by selecting categories (personal, family, health, financial, etc.), setting importance levels (public, confidential for elders only, or for admin/staff/group members), and adding subject lines with detailed content. The system allows community members to view and pray for each other’s requests, add supportive comments, and use reaction emojis (Amen, Praying, Clapping, Heart, Hug, Worship) to show solidarity. Users can track their prayer history, edit submitted prayers, mark prayers as answered, and even share answered prayers as testimonies to encourage others.
War Rooms (Special Prayer Initiative)
A dedicated prayer closet feature designed to help users develop consistent prayer discipline through structured prayer commitments. War Rooms allow users to join organized prayer initiatives focused on specific themes like praying for nations, churches, communities, or special causes. Users can browse available prayer slots organized by time windows (24-hour or 12-hour format), subscribe to specific prayer times (daily, weekly, or monthly commitments), and receive automated reminders to ensure they fulfill their prayer commitments. The system includes personal and group prayer categories, allowing both individual spiritual growth and corporate prayer efforts.
Give and Get (Generosity Marketplace)
A unique community-driven platform that embodies Christian generosity by enabling members to share material blessings and support those in need. The marketplace operates in two modes: “Give-Take” mode where users can post items they want to give away (electronics, books, clothes, furniture, toys, kitchen items, sports equipment, etc.) with photos, descriptions, and usage duration details; and “Need-Share” mode where users can request items they need by explaining their requirements and reasons. Users can upload multiple images, specify item condition (new or used), choose handover methods, and optionally remain anonymous while giving.
Multi-Language Support
Complete localization support enabling users to experience the entire application in their preferred language among four supported options: English, Telugu, Hindi, and Tamil. This feature ensures that the gospel message and community features are accessible to diverse linguistic communities across India and beyond. Users can select their language preference from the Language Selection page during onboarding or change it anytime through the Profile settings. The entire user interface dynamically updates including navigation labels, button text, form fields, error messages, category names, notification content, and all static text throughout the app.
Bible Study & Daily Devotion
A spiritual growth feature providing daily biblical content to strengthen users’ faith and relationship with God. The Daily Devotion section delivers curated devotional content for each day of the year, including inspirational quotes, scripture readings, reflections, and practical applications. Users can swipe through devotions, view “Quote of the Day” messages, and track which dates they’ve read using a visual calendar interface with read/unread indicators. The system supports text-to-speech functionality allowing users to listen to devotions while multitasking, with play, pause, resume, and stop controls for audio playback.
Events Management & Calendar
A comprehensive church events system that keeps the congregation informed and engaged with upcoming activities, gatherings, and special programs. Users can browse a visually appealing list of upcoming events with details including event title, date and time, location/venue, description, featured images, and RSVP options. The system categorizes events (worship services, Bible studies, community outreach, youth programs, special meetings, etc.) and allows users to filter events by category or search by keywords. Event notifications keep users informed about upcoming gatherings, changes to schedules, or new events added by church administrators.
Songs & Worship Music Library
A rich collection of Christian worship songs, hymns, and devotional music to facilitate personal and corporate worship. The Songs feature provides access to songbooks containing lyrics in multiple languages (English, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil), allowing users to worship in their heart language. Users can browse songs using various filters including language selection, search by song title or lyrics, sort by song number, alphabetical order, newest additions, or oldest classics. The audio player includes standard controls (play, pause, stop, seek) and supports background playback so users can worship while using other apps or when the screen is locked.
Testimonies & Faith Stories
A powerful platform for believers to share and be encouraged by stories of God’s faithfulness, miracles, and answered prayers. Users can submit their own testimonies by writing a title and detailed description of how God worked in their lives, optionally including images to illustrate their story. Other users can browse testimonies, read inspiring stories of transformation, healing, provision, and divine intervention, and be strengthened in their own faith journey. When users mark a prayer as answered in the Prayer Management system, they’re prompted with an option to share it as a testimony, creating a seamless flow from prayer request to praise report.
Messages & Church Announcements
A dedicated communication channel for church leadership to broadcast important messages, announcements, and spiritual content to the entire congregation. This feature serves as a digital bulletin board where pastors, elders, and administrators can share sermon notes, weekly announcements, upcoming program details, urgent prayer requests, doctrinal teachings, and inspirational messages. Users receive push notifications when new messages are posted, ensuring timely delivery of critical information. The message system supports rich text formatting using HTML rendering, allowing for well-structured content with headings, paragraphs, bullet points, scripture references, and embedded links.
Profile & Account Management
A comprehensive user profile system providing personalized account management and authentication. Users can create accounts using email/password or Google Sign-In for quick access. The profile contains personal information including first name, last name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, gender, profile picture, physical address, baptism status, and marital status. For married users, the system captures spouse details and allows adding multiple children with their names, gender, and dates of birth. The profile integrates with Firebase Authentication for secure login, password reset functionality, and session management.
Ride Sharing & Transportation Coordination
A community-focused carpooling feature helping church members coordinate transportation to services, events, and gatherings. The Ride Connect system operates in two modes: “Get a Ride” where users can search for available rides by specifying pickup location, drop-off destination, date, time, and number of passengers; and “Give a Ride” where vehicle owners can post ride offers including departure location, destination, available seats, vehicle type, date and time. This feature promotes fellowship, reduces transportation barriers to church participation, and embodies the biblical principle of bearing one another’s burdens.
Push Notifications System
A comprehensive real-time notification system powered by Firebase Cloud Messaging to keep users engaged and informed. Users receive timely push notifications for various events including new prayer requests in their groups, comments on their prayers, reactions to their posts, answered prayer updates, Give and Get application status changes, new items matching their interests, ride request responses, event reminders (24 hours before, 1 hour before), new messages from church leadership, testimony approvals, and special announcements. Notifications include rich content with titles, descriptions, and action buttons allowing users to respond directly from the notification.
Sunday Worship & Sermon Archive
A dedicated section for accessing Sunday worship services, sermon recordings, and related spiritual content. Users can view a library of worship videos including live streams of current services and archived recordings of past sermons. Each worship entry includes metadata such as sermon title, date, preacher/author name, scripture references, and video duration. The interface supports video playback with standard controls (play, pause, seek, fullscreen) and allows users to search by title, date, or preacher name. This feature extends the reach of the church’s teaching ministry beyond physical attendance.
Feedback & Help Support System
A user support infrastructure providing assistance and gathering user input for continuous improvement. The Feedback section allows users to submit comments, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, and general feedback about their app experience. The Help section provides answers to frequently asked questions, user guides, troubleshooting tips, and step-by-step tutorials for using various app features. This two-way communication channel ensures users feel heard, helps identify and resolve technical issues quickly, and provides valuable insights for enhancing the app based on actual user needs and preferences.
Organization Switcher (Multi-Church Support)
A powerful feature enabling users to belong to and switch between multiple church organizations or Christian communities within the same app. This is particularly useful for users who attend multiple churches, participate in inter-church ministries, or relocate to different cities. Users can join multiple organizations by entering organization codes or selecting from available churches, maintain separate profiles and preferences for each organization, and seamlessly switch between organizations using a dedicated switcher interface. This feature enables the app to serve multiple congregations efficiently while maintaining data privacy and organizational boundaries.
Faith Statement & Church History
Access to the church’s foundational documents including statement of faith, doctrinal positions, core beliefs, and historical information. The Faith Statement section presents the church’s theological positions on essential Christian doctrines such as the nature of God, salvation, Scripture, the church, baptism, communion, and end times. The Church History section chronicles the church’s journey including founding story, key milestones, growth timeline, significant events, leadership history, and vision for the future. This feature is particularly valuable for new members seeking to understand the church’s identity and for existing members to stay rooted in their community’s shared faith and mission.
