Roles and Responsibilities
Provide Spiritual Guidance: Offer prayer, Bible readings, and spiritual insights to individuals seeking guidance and support.
Offer Emotional Support: Listen empathetically to individuals’ concerns, provide encouragement, and offer biblical perspectives on their situations.
Maintain Confidentiality: Respect and uphold the privacy of those seeking counseling services, adhering to our strict confidentiality policies.
Participate in Community Events: Engage with our community by participating in prayer groups, workshops, and other events aimed at fostering spiritual growth and connection.
Qualifications
a. Must be a born again believer
b. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
c. Empathetic and compassionate demeanor.
d. Willingness to adhere to our code of ethics and confidentiality policies.
